We need a Sous Chef to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. Advanced knife skills, an understanding of food costing and some supervisory experience is imperative. You’ll collaborate with our Chef & Kitchen Manager to grow our kitchen!

Have the chops to support a bustling work environment? A clear understanding of restaurant operations and what makes great customer service are pivotal for this role. We’re searching for an Assistant Manager to minimize operating costs, boost employee morale and retention and design a memorable guest experience for all of our guests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant experience required
• College degree preferred, ideally in hospitality management or business
• Detailed understanding of all business policies, standards, procedures and training programs

We’re looking for someone to oversee our bar team! This individual will work directly with management to ensure consistency and creativity behind the bar. This role will require mastery of the restaurant’s beverage program and may include bar shifts as well. If you have expertise and passion for all things cocktails, beer and wine, we’d love to hear from you.

Have you been described as friendly, outgoing, organized and warm? Then, we want to hear from you! A restaurant host is the first-person guests interact with when they enter a restaurant. You’ll be responsible for managing reservations, handling takeout orders, greeting and seating guests, answering the phone and making sure the dining experience starts on a good note. We’re looking for someone to bring an infectious energy, amazing organizational skills and composure to the role.

Passionate about creating an excellent drink experience? We need someone who can turn guests into regulars with their timely execution of beverage service and great relationship management skills. An appreciation for well-made drinks and a desire to explore the craft of bartending is a must.

Requirements
At least 6 months of proven experience as a bartender/mixologist

The true hero behind a lean and clean kitchen team is a Dishwasher. This key back of house role makes sure glassware, utensils, plates, pots and pans are spick and span. Successful individuals are detail-oriented, able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and eager to grow in the hospitality industry.

We need someone to deliver plates from our kitchen to customers at the table, ideally at lightning speed. As a Food Runner, you’ll need to grab your comfiest shoes and harness your high energy attitude to excel in this position. If you’re looking to get your steps in for the day, this is your job!
