Beckie O’Connor

Beckie was born in Orland Park, a southside suburb of Chicago. She studied Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and Marketing at St. Norbert College. With 18 years of experience in graphic design, entrepreneurship, and marketing, Beckie was excited for the opportunity to take on a pivotal role in shaping the Banging Gavel Brews brand into a known brewery over nearly the last decade. 

 

In 2017, as the team embarked on the challenging task of restoring the historic Vogt House, she demonstrated her unwavering dedication in bringing life back into a neglected building.
 
Now after the long awaited opening of The Vogt House, Beckie takes great excitement and honor in introducing this new brewpub to guests, enriching the local dining experience and sharing the team’s vision from the start. She’s focused on introducing the experience with the community, building partnerships with the Village of Tinley Park and finding opportunities to collaborate with other local businesses—fostering a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere.
